As expected, romance movies from Asian tends to be initiation-hurdles-tries-love at the end. The movie lacks the punch to draw viewers attention. Good cast to complement the weak storyline. Kudos to the use of Bali culture and dialect. Makes one want to go there to find love.
A total culture appreciation for Indonesia, to make a Balinese movie, shows the culture, the view, the characters.... it shows unhealthy relationships and toxic relationship at first, and then it starts growing on me, maybe because everything seemed perfect. The plot was nice, but tbvh it was a bit cringy yet I think that's quite normal, after all this is a romantic movie. THE OSTS ARE REALLY GOOD. It made me miss Bali, and want to go to Bali again.
I hate dubbed movies. This is like the old Godzilla movies!! The dubbing was so horrible it took away from anything and the storyline was terrible!!! What's going on Netflix?!! You guys are going downwards with this lame Asian movie!
Dramatic love story kinda felt overstuffed with mixed cultures and superfluous subplots. Despite its narrative coherence, Hadrah Daeng Ratu still showed us that self-love is the best way to find true love. Nadya Arina & Refal Hady made interesting couple in the process.
