On July 2, 2011, at the Imtech Arena in Hamburg, Germany, the boxing world witnessed one of the most anticipated heavyweight unification fights in recent memory as Wladimir Klitschko took on Britain’s outspoken former cruiserweight champion David Haye. With the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring heavyweight titles on the line, this showdown promised high drama and global attention. From the start, Klitschko imposed his trademark style—controlling distance behind a powerful jab, using smart footwork, and maintaining tactical discipline. Haye struggled to close the gap, lunging in with wild overhand rights but finding few opportunities to land cleanly. Despite a valiant final-round effort from Haye and some late exchanges, Klitschko cruised to a unanimous decision victory with scores of 118–108, 117–109, and 116–110, further cementing his dominance over the heavyweight division. 📍 Date: July 2, 2011 📍 Location: Imtech Arena, Hamburg, Germany 🏆 Result: Klitschko wins via Unanimous Decision 🏆 Titles at stake: WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring Heavyweight Championships A tactical masterclass and one of Klitschko’s defining wins—relive the intensity, anticipation, and skill of this heavyweight unification clash. -------------------- ╔═╦╗╔╦╗╔═╦═╦╦╦╦╗╔═╗ ║╚╣║║║╚╣╚╣╔╣╔╣║╚╣═╣ ╠╗║╚╝║║╠╗║╚╣║║║║║═╣ ╚═╩══╩═╩═╩═╩╝╚╩═╩═╝ to the channel people 00:00 Intro 2:45 Round 1 5:15 Round 2 7:25 Round 3 9:35 Round 4 -------------------- Follow me insta @charlessalbox facebook @charlessalbox #boxing #usaboxing #heavyweight #ukboxing #klitschko
