Today am sharing this delicious and easy to make and quick quinoa zucchini with onions and green peppers, a dish that you can do on any day of the week. One of my favorite one pot dishes which is a stir fry as well as a warm salad. This very summery dish is all about utilizing what is in season and readily available pantry staples.
