This recipe is a must try, here’s what you’ll need. 0.5 cups sugar 0.5 cups butter/margarine 1.5 cups multipurpose flour 2 ripe bananas 50mls whole milk 2 eggs 1tsp vanilla essence 1tsp baking soda 1/8 (eighth) tsp of cinnamon,cloves, 1/4 (quarter) tsp nutmeg Method. Cream the sugar and butter until pale and fluffy Add eggs one at a time Mash bananas and add them Mix well until incorporated Add vanilla flavor Sift the fry ingredients (flour and b/soda) devided into two parts Add the milk and mix Then add final flour part and tuck in well excluding all the lumps and bake in a lined pan at 150 degrees Celsius for 45mins-1hr depending on the amount of batter you made and the machine.
