These crispy Chicken Samosa are just so tasty This is a simple recipe and yields delicious samosa using chicken thighs, spices and vegetables. INGREDIENTS 1.5 lb Chicken thighs , boneless and skinless 1 Tbs Rub , Recipe here •PORKCHOPS,PANSEARED,SWEEETANDSOURPE... Salt and Pepper to taste 1Tsp Vegetable oil 2 Red onions, peeled and thinly sliced 1 Medium carrot, peeled and diced small 1/2 Red Bell pepper, diced small 1/2 C Cilantro , chopped 3 Scallions, chopped 1/2 Jalapeno, deseeded and sliced thinly 1 Tsp Tomato paste 1 Tsp Garam masala 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 Tsp Turmeric 1/2 Chili powder Salt and pepper to taste Extra large Flour tortillas ( storer bought ) for folding
