One Ummah Games 2025 Strongman Contest #strongman #strongestman #charity This is a different video than usual, I was apart of the One Ummah Games organising the strongest man contest. It was a typical powerlifting contest with 3 lifts, Squat, bench and deadlifts. Let me start by saying this was for charity and fun, it was not too strict as it’s not my area of expertise however I enjoyed the contest. It brought some powerful boys out and they put on a great show. Enjoy the highlights I’m an amateur boxing coach, here to help people get fit and healthy through boxing and exercise the halal way whether in the gym or workouts at home.
