Developing on our last video, here is a new technique based on the principles of our last technique, using your opponents trapped arm as leverage to roll them over. It is imperative that you tighten the gi right the way around their arm to have maximum control, and roll your head tightly underneath them to get the momentum for the rollover. It is a sacrifice technique so use it carefully! Let me know how you get on in the comments and be sure to subscribe to our channel.
