These 2 look to warm up a chilly SLAM Shack with some hot action and not surprisingly it’s Ivelisse who gets off to the quick start, isolating Allysin’s leg with submissions before Kay counters into a tight rollup for a near fall. Not quite warm yet they lock up again and again it’s Ivelisse with the advantage, this time isolating AK’s arm before another clever counter into a near fall. Despite being a bit more warmed up Allysin still has no answer for Ivelisse’s speed but is at least able to power out and counter several arm submissions. They trade Headlocks, Headscissors, Hammerlocks & armbars with neither gaining a definitive advantage. Ivelisse is succeeding in forcing Allysin to beat her at her own game, not allowing AK to bring her heavier artillery to bear. The painful stalemate continues with dueling ankle locks that take a toll on both grapplers. Allysin has so many match ending maneuvers at her disposal but will the crafty Ivelisse ever give her an chance to hit one?
