Hirotaka Okada is a retired Japanese judoka who competed in the -78 kg and -86 kg divisions. He was a 2-time World Champion and Olympic bronze medalist. He was famous for his unique variation of Ko Uchi Gari/Makikomi. Back in the day, he was a world class competitor and now he is a world class referee for the highest level international competitions.
