While Everybody loves the story of Daniel Larusso, Mr. Miyagi and their Karate Kid Shennanigans, nobody has been talking about how Cobra Kai's Johnny Lawrence and Miguel Rodriguez stole the Crane Kick Thunder!! In this video I put the Cobra Kai/Karate Kid Technique "The Crane Kick" to the Test, and Spar with Muay Thai Practitioners, along with teach the technique and talk about how the technique should be changed in order to make it the most effective! While the Cobra Kai Dojo is a Tang Soo Do school (allegedly) and uses lots of roundhouse kicks (mawashi geri) and crescent Kicks, Miyagi Do Karate likes to use pushing and flowing techniques...
