Happy 4th of July from Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA! We teamed up with the Bangtao Social Club for our massive Freedom Workout, and Coach Tommy definitely brought the heat. Watch as 70 participants—ranging from pro fighters and influencers to local families—take on a wild 'Squid Game' style warm-up before diving into a grueling main session.
