Going into this match, it almost seems like Angel may be scared of her opponent, given just how much she delays the inevitable violence, complaining about everything from a dirty ring to the brunette’s goofy ring persona. But that seeming hesitation is soon belied by the ruthlessness with which she lays into Kimberly, taking her down to the mat, yanking on her hair, overpowering her easily in a test of strength and even stomping on her hand for good measure afterward. Kimberly appears to get a second (or is that first?) wind with some solid right hands as a prelude to ramming Angel’s head into the turnbuckles but she soon finds herself down and out again being choked with her own arms and having her ribs crushed for good measure by Angel’s muscular legs. She does, however, find one last reserve of energy before the match ends but it’s an open question whether it will be enough to defeat the cruel and scarily focused Angel.
