The Indian cricket team toured Bangladesh in May 2007 for a two-match Test series. India won the series 1–0, with one rain-affected draw and one dominant innings victory. The first Test at Chittagong was heavily impacted by rain. Despite India gaining a 149-run first-innings lead and declaring twice, Bangladesh managed to secure a draw.
