Execution begins by stepping forward with the rear foot to close distance and stabilize the base. The lead knee then drives upward using hip extension and forward body momentum. The lead arm swings downward to assist balance and generate additional force, while the rear hand remains high for defensive coverage. In this lesson, Kru Jack demonstrates the correct mechanics and positioning required to deliver an effective left front knee before returning to stance.
