In today's sparring session, I am sparring my old high school buddy, Matt Lafleur with MMA rules. Matt has been training Martial Arts for 8 to 9 years but me and him have been play fighting with each other since we were 15 or 16 years old, starting off playing punch for punch during science class! So expect us to go pretty hard at each other! 🥊 LEARN OVER 340+ EFFECTIVE TECHNIQUES WITH MY NEW PROGRAM: https://www.mmashredded.com/soloprogram FIND ME: ► IG: https://www.instagram.com/mmashredded/ ► WEB: https://www.mmashredded.com ► FB: https://www.facebook.com/mmashredded/ ► SUPPORT ME & JOIN THE COMMUNITY: https://www.patreon.com/mmashredded #hockeyfight #sparringhockeyplayer #hardsparring
