SpArRiNg In CenTrAl - LoNdOn!!! Ok, guys so in this video we are watching Malik (no headgear) spar against Meddie (Headgear). The sparring was more technical but as the distance started to close up a few well-placed shots landed. Both boxers landed but Malik with slightly more experience cracked Meddie with a nice uppercut and left hook. This was some of the pre-development sparring that I watched some of the BXGP boxers go through as they prepared for the competition just passed. Although the punches landed it served as more of a wake-up call than a heavy blow causing head trauma... so relax guys Meddie is ok... he actually went on to win his bout in the competition.
