Go Here to Download Your Book - https://www.myboxingcoach.com - Boxing training drills don't need to be complicated to be effective. Some of the most basic boxing training drills can bring great rewards, and this one is a perfect demonstration of that - combining ducks with movement...what could be simpler :-) The duck is the most simple body movement that we do. Bending the knees, keeping the back straight. Really straightforward. When you combine the duck with some simple boxing footwork, it can be deceptively challenging. The biggest challenge is to avoid over-balancing forward. Key point - always keep your nose behind the line of your front knee.
