In that sense, procrastination is likely the last thing you would think... But here's Thing. Kaizen is a very powerful method used by them for the sake of defeating procrastination, but when you apply it at first, it's almost ironic, paradoxical... How do you develop a tremendous work ethic focusing for only one minute? When you understand this, you will not only mitigate your procrastination tendencies; but also, you will gain a little more understanding of the human condition, and why we procrastinate so much in the first place.
