as the name might suggest... No this is Vinnie Jones as a silent (probably for the best) killer. it's got pretty much everything i'd want from this kind of movie.. Violence, Jumps, suspense, Vinnie Jones... and of course an explanation and twist at the end so ridiculous you can't help but think it's great. well for me anyways.
Take this film for what not is a lovely little B Movie... filmed nice and grainy nice and dark with solid performances... really nothing to not like.
Made in 2008 and the cgi effects haven't aged well. If they'd used practical effects instead this would be a 7 star movie. Using cgi effects in a horror movie is like having a laugh track in a comedy. Just not the done thing, old boy. No one has ever accused Bradly Cooper of being a great actor but he carries this movie. Vinnie Jones isn't a gifted thespian either but he doesn't have to be as he has no lines to screw up. As such his powerful physical presence is more than enough to get the job done. I like the grainy and grimey look, the art design is praise worthy too. They've really succeeded in making NYC look the pits, which is true to life in my experience. However I don't think much of this movie was actually filmed in NYC, the scenes in the metro don't look anything like.
I love movie so much i like bradley cooper in this movie it dose have sad ending but it a better good movie
