My online judo course is coming out on Monday 8th August 2022! 👉🏻 Pre-order here: https://sampsonjudo.thinkific.com/courses/Tai-Otoshi-Vol-1 👉🏻 Claim a FREE lesson from this DVD here: https://forms.gle/sz3CfsBGnoAQZBCN8 This course is on my favorite and most successful throw, Tai Otoshi, Body Drop. This technique is something that I have developed and refined over my 50 years in Judo. As many of you know, my Tai Otoshi is considered “unconventional” by some, but it is these differences that make my Tai Otoshi one of the most powerful, explosive and reliable methods of Tai Otoshi on the tatami today. This course is over three hours long and inside, I share with you my secrets on how to do this throw, how to develop this throw, how to truly understand the movement principles of this throw as well as how to scale and adapt it based on your own individual style. Throughout this course you will understand everything there is to know about Tai Otoshi, but not only that, the principles discussed in this course can be applied to almost every other technique in judo. This course is not just for competing judoka, but will be a fantastic resource for any coaches looking to understand how to break down and teach Tai Otoshi to their students.
