WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... My good friend Rusev wanted to give CrossFit a try, so we contacted coach Blood Sweat Barbie and headed over to her CrossFit Silver Dragon gym in Nashville, Tennessee. And seeing as it was The Bulgarian Brute's 1st CrossFit workout, Blood Sweat Barbie threw us both into the deep-end with a Benchmark Workout challenge against some well-seasoned CrossFitters... Did we back-out? Did we hell. We got stuck-in, and while it may not have been pretty, we got pretty sweaty and my even shorts couldn't take the pace. Luckily it was Rusev Day, and everything always works-out on Rusev Day. Brave Change.
