One of the greatest pro wrestlers of all time and such a cool fella to hit the gym with. But Jeff likes to gamble so when it comes to Reps he doesn't go with the traditional 3 sets of 10. Nope. When doing Close Grip Pull Downs, Jeff had me randomize the weight on the rack each time which lead to an interesting workout.
