This is by far one of the healthiest Pap recipes you can find . It is so easy to make yet deliciously flavorful. All you need is Millet Guinea corn Dry ginger Negro pepper Cloves Chilli pepper (quantity of the spices you use depends on how spicy you want the paprika to be) Donot discard the fermented pap water .
