Today am sharing this pork stew, that's hearty and comforting with potatoes , beans and lots of vegetables to supplement the pork and make it more healthier. INGREDIENTS 2 Tbs Cooking oil 1.5 lb. Pork shoulder, cut into bite size 1 Tsp Salt 1/2 Ground black pepper 1 Cup Yellow onions, diced 1 Tbs Garlic, chopped 1 Tsp Tomato paste 2 Ripe tomatoes 1 Tsp Thyme, fresh, chopped 1/2 Tsp Rosemary, fresh , chopped 1 Tsp Oregano, dry 1 Tsp Paprika 1 Tsp Chicken base, ( Better than bouillon ) 4 Medium Yukon Gold, cut bite size 1 Big carrot, peeled, cut bite size 1 Cup fresh Green beans, cut bite size
