Ye’s Former Assistant Accuses Him of Drugging and Sexual Assault in Amended Lawsuit

Kanye West, known in the music industry as Ye, is facing new allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her. Pisciotta, who previously sued the rapper for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract, has filed an amended complaint in California, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY. In the filing, Pisciotta accuses Ye of engaging in multiple instances of sexual misconduct, claiming that he "touched, groped, fondled, grabbed and forced himself in and on" her without her consent. She further asserts that these alleged incidents began even before her formal employment with Ye. Pisciotta recounts one such instance in which she says the rapper invited her to a studio session he co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs. During this event, Pisciotta alleges that she was given a drink laced with an unknown drug, which left her “heavily impaired.” According to her complaint, she awoke the following day with no memory of what had happened. Initially, Pisciotta says she did not suspect anything inappropriate occurred until years later, when Ye referenced the night, mentioning that they “hooked up.” This conversation led her to conclude she had been drugged and assaulted by him that evening.
