On a media conference call to promote UFC 148, UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva went uncharacteristically vocal on challenger Chael Sonnen. The Brazilian champion claimed he break all of Sonnen's teeth as well as his face. He also suggested Sonnen would need a plastic surgeon to fix the damage Silva would do to him.
