Meat and Potatoes with mushrooms have never been so good. For a week night dinner or lunch this is it!! Serve this dish family style on a platter or individually for a delicious meal that you and your family or friends will enjoy. INGREDIENTS 2 Tbs Olive oil 2 lb ( 904g ). Beef Ribeye steak, cut into large dice salt and pepper to taste 8oz ( 227g ) Portabella mushrooms, sliced 8oz ( 227g ) Baby Bella / Cremini mushrooms 1 Tbs Garlic, chopped 1 Tbs Fresh thyme, picked, and chopped 1 Tbs Rosemary fresh, picked and chopped 1 Tsp Better than Bouillon, beef flavor, optional 6 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut medium dice. 2 Scallions to finish and garnish Pinch red pepper flakes, optional Note: I rendered the trims from the steak and used the fat in the dish., but you don't have to do this.
