Stars such as Steve Austin, The Rock, Mankind and D-Generation X flourished during this time period and the WWF produced some memorable matches and moments when they shifted their focus in terms of television content and target demographics. Some moments of the Attitude Era, however, don't hold up so well and some Attitude Era pay per view events aren't as good as what you may remember. This video looks at the worst rated WWF Attitude PPVs in history. Events covered include the 2000 King of the Ring, WrestleMania XV, Fully Loaded 1998 and more.
