Russo wasn't happy with how Thunder was performing, so he announced this shake-up on Monday Nitro. Bret Hart, Bill Goldberg, The Outsiders, DDP, Sting and The Total Package are all here tonight, and the show also features a big title change at WCW looks onto Starrcade the following week.
