Learn from Legends: https://www.lawrencekenshin.com/ The Legend of Nong-O: King of One Championship Nong-O is one of the best technicians of all time, a true once in a lifetime fighter. This is a walkthrough of his reign as the ONE Champion, a journey that everyone in the world should be celebrating. As one of the most decorated Muay Thai strikers of all time, his return to Muay Thai is like Michael Jordan's return to basketball. Tonight, he faces Rodlek, a ferocious knockout artist in what's going to be a classic Muay Fimeu (technician) vs Muay Mat (aggressive puncher) matchup. If you enjoyed Jonathan Haggerty vs. Rodtang, this fight is a must watch that's sure to be fireworks. Nong-O is also my favorite orthodox technician, so his story has been an absolute pleasure to tell. If you don't know his story yet, it's time to learn it.
