It is a rarity to find creatives who are prolific in both comedy and music. This is not to say that such creatives do not exist. Obviously we’ve got the likes of the dexterious “Broda Shaggi” and also Basketmouth who has been dropping smash hit projects. However Shoday is one of the very few who you really have to watch out for. So many people are aware of his comic proficiency but few are yet to know how talented he is as an artiste. This time around, Shoday Takes off his Comic garment once more to deliver a beautiful single called “Dey 4 YOU”. After dropping his debut single in 2020 titled “single” he garnered over 12,000 streams on audiomack. The song went viral after Instagram skit maker “Raffcomedian” made a video crying about needing someone to use him for triller and lomotif. Several blogs; Tundeednut, Krakstv, Instablog, Gossipmill and the likes reposted the video saying “Albinos need love too”. The reception of his distinct sound hence birthed the release of “Single Remix” where he featured Ajesings and Also Viral Skit maker Raffcomedian in the Visuals for the song. Fast forward to this current moment. Shoday’s new single talks about love; Reassuring love so to speak. He’s all out to tell the love of his life that no matter how many times he messes up because of his human nature (prone to error). He will always love her and be there for her. This tune is mixed with beautiful melodies, rhythm, groove and he furthermore iced the mp3 with some soul vibes. It is also important to note that “Dey 4 YOU” has a high replay value. You most definitely would love to have a second, third, fourth and fifth listen after your ears get a grasp of the first 1 minute.
