An old clip showcasing a 21 year old me performing an adapted Nage No Kata with my former training partner Simon Mazullo at the BJC National Kata Championships. This Nage No Kata is something we called a randori no kata, a more dynamic and exciting version of Kata performed at a higher speed, a higher intensity in hopes to increase interest in the Kata and to make it more applicable to competitive judo.
