This video is designed to help you work on your basic arm position in the clinch and teach you how to transition from one side to the other. It is a great drill to help you become familiar with the basics of the clinch and battle for arm position with a partner. Special thanks to Dane Sky for helping me out with this video. If you live near Adelaide, Australia make sure you check out his gym Team Sky Boxing located in Murray Bridge.
