You can help support the channel via Patreon here: https://www.patreon.com/prostriking?fan_landing=true In this video I give you a great tip on how you can accelerate your progress in kickboxing and Muay Thai quickly! Basically, be like Buakaw, haha. From my 15 years experience in the sport, over 10 years a coach, I find the students that watch fights progress a lot faster then those that don't. Context is key and it's important to know "why" as well as "how" to things. By watching top fighters you raise your own bar. The best fighters are the best for a reason! Theoir technique is usually far superior to the majority! I hope this video helps and let me know your favourite fighter in the comments! Oss! #muaythai #training #improve #progress
