My knee recovery takes a big step forward… and then a step back. In this episode of my knee rehab journey, my physio gives me the green light to start a walk-to-jog programme — a huge milestone after injury. The first sessions go really well, but I quickly discover the trap of early success. By week two, knee pain and discomfort start creeping in. After speaking to my physio, I’m told to scale things back, so I return to 30-second running intervals and focus on rebuilding gradually. I’ll take you through a full walk and run session, along with clips from running around my local area as I work towards getting back to running properly. If you're recovering from a knee injury, going through physiotherapy, or starting your own return-to-running journey, hopefully my experience helps you along the way. #KneeRecovery #KneeRehab #KneeInjury #Physiotherapy #ReturnToRunning #WalkToRun #RunRehab #RunningRecovery #KneePain #InjuryRecovery #RoadToRunning
