In this video, you will learn the ways of Miyagi-Do, the Cobra Kai Rival Dojo.. Miyagi Do is based off on traditional Goju Ryu karate with some definitely American twists with the quite occasional martial arts metaphors, like wax on wax off, the drum technique, paint the fence, sand the floor, and the crane kick! Mr Miyagi (Pat Morita) and Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) were both a huge part of my karate experience growing up, so this was really fun to make. While Tory, Hawk, Miguel, Robby, Sam and more characters from Cobra Kai each fight differently, a lot of these techniques rain true for the cobra kai cast members!
