I make this glazed bacon-wrapped cheese stuffed meatloaf often. It's like a bacon cheeseburger roll up to form a meatloaf. It has the same seasonings I use when I make cheeseburgers and the addition of bacon makes it even better. Not to mention the glaze. Use the leftover glaze as a dipping sauce. The lemon honey roasted carrots and my delicious mashed potatoes complete this amazing meal.
