Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp And Potatoes Recipe Cooking With Tammy Seasoning: https://cookingwithtammy.shop/ Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp & Potatoes 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 6-8 baby red potatoes or preferred 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 3 cloves garlic, minced garlic & herb seasoning CWT brand preferred All-purpose chicken seasoning CWT preferred 1 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Lemon wedges for serving Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Melt the butter and set aside. Quarter the potatoes, and place them in the microwave for about 6 minutes. Upon removing the potatoes from the microwave, allow them to cool for about 10 minutes before adding them to the shrimp. Using a large bowl, add the shrimp, melted butter, salt, ground pepper, AP seasoning, garlic & herb, paprika, and minced garlic. Combine Add the potatoes to the bowl and combine. Place the shrimp and potatoes on a lined baking sheet. Add the freshly grated parmesan cheese. Roast for about 10 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked to the desired preference. Serve with lemon wedges.
