This concept is especially important for boxing drills. In this boxing drill, I want to help you build your awareness of your body weight distribution, and this will hopefully help you build a more versatile boxing style. This boxing drill is fairly simple. Do 3 rounds, each of the rounds changing the distribution of your bodyweight across your stance; central, on the front leg and on the rear leg.
