Learn a very basic combination that can help you land a couple fast kicks against an unsuspecting opponent. This is a technique that is commonly taught in most gyms and is easy to setup against you opponent. The key to effectively landing this combination is to use speed and try to beat you opponent's defense. If you throw the kick slowly, they will react and block the second attack. This Technique is demonstrated by Nong-O from Evolve MMA. You can learn more about Nong-O from http://evolve-vacation.com
