FULL ASUKA WORKOUT: https://youtu.be/axqaDTsytPQ WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... When I got into the gym with The Empress of Tomorrow, little did I know that it would be tomorrow or even the next day before I could catch my breath again! Yes, Asuka is a Japanese machine in the gym just as she is in the ring. We did a full workout but here's a clip of just the Kettlebell Swings because she does them so well. Perfect form and a perfect way to... Brave Change. YouTube Channel: https://goo.gl/KA3Pnz Facebook Channel: https://goo.gl/7Y1Xwb
