"Phun101" from the amateur boxing subreddit needed some feedback on his fight. I'll put these together a little better so that everyone can benefit from these videos. For now I'll detail what I'm addressing here ; 1. This boxer is a Southpaw that has the habit of leaving his front hand down. This leaves him open to an orthodox jab and even further reduces the effectiveness of his jab. 2. His rear foot had a poor ground connection. Without that weight supporting his cross, most of the power is diminished. It also leaves you open to getting knocked down with a shaky base. 3. Slipping while leaking to the rear. It opens you up to HUGE shots.
