WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... Call him Andrade "Cien" Almas or simply Andrade, either way this Mexican WWE Superstar is one hell of a worker. Whether in the gym or in the ring, this Lucha Libre champion is a beast. Probably training since he was 2 years old, Andrade gave me my toughest workout so far... Focused on Back & Triceps, Andrade's Set & Rep breakdown is unique to me and tough as hell. Each exercise is made of 4 Sets of 20 Light, 10 Heavy, 20 Light, and 10 Heavy Reps.
