In this lesson, I break down a lead hand and back hand parry defense against the jab& Back hand to the body , And Right & Left inside elbow blocks to put you in a great position for countering 1/ outside parry the jab with your lead hand while stepping out with your back foot to shift weight to enable right hand counter 2/ outside parry the right hand with your Backhand while shifting the the front foot to shift weight to enable the left hand counter to body or head 3/ Right elbow block the lead jab Rotating the hip to set the Left shovel or left uppercut up 4/Left elbow block the Straight Back hand Rotating the hip to set the right uppercut up to body the cross to head Feel where your feet are positioned it will tell you when the shot is there to throw ,don’t over step either . All these defensive moves sets you up for great counters , Practice slow Enjoy
