Ingredients: 4lbs of leg quarters One small green pepper One half of an onion 3 tablespoons garlic and herb season (I used Mrs. Dash) 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 2 teaspoons thyme 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper Cook chicken at 400, uncovered for 70 minutes. Broccoli and cheese rice: 4 cups cooked rice 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 cup half and half (Adjust as needed) 2 oz velvetta cheese ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (other half for the top) 2 teaspoons complete seasoning 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder A pinch of salt and pepper to taste
