Lesson Now Available here: https://bit.ly/375rv7x The lesson includes videos on how to play this song, understanding this style of guitar playing, chords, lyrics, note for note instruction, my studio gear, my microphones, detailed info on my guitar and amp, my thoughts on tone, and tonnes more. This is one of my all-time favorite live guitar performances and I have wanted to do a full cover of this for years. The song is obviously originally by Bob Marley, but it was also covered in several different configurations by Eric Clapton. The groove is just perfect in this version (although I didn't have Steve Gadd backing me up so I had to alter the groove slightly for it to work) and although it's LONG, it's such an awesome performance. Here's my take on this song with my trusty looper pedal - clean solo is mine and the long solo is Clapton, in my opinion, at his very best! :) Enjoy!
