In this video , we are making the perfect Nigerian beef stew from scratch and i am also sharing tips to get the perfect beef stew every time you make yours. MAKE PEPPER MIX 700g Fresh tomato 100g scotch bonnet ( you can always adjust it) 2 large onions 1 ginger ginger 2 cloves garlic TO COOK MEAT 1kg meat 1 small onions 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp curry powder 1 tsp ginger powder 2 cubes beef seasoning 1 1/2 tsp salt TO MAKE THE STEW 400ml Vegetable Oil 1 small onion ( for the stew ) 200g tomato paste 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp thyme 1 beef cube seasoning 100ml water ( optional )
