Birthday cake flavour easy crumbl style cookies with pink cream cheese icing ASMR. As we are not blessed with Crumbl Cookies in the UK yet, I wanted to make some homemade Crumbl style cookies! I've been a big fan of Crumbl cookies since I first tried them in the US, so if you're like me and don't have access to the real thing, give these a try! They're so easy to make, follow along to make them. These cookies are so delicious! If you have a sweet tooth and love birthday cake flavours you need to make these ASAP! A super soft birthday cake cookie base that’s packed with sprinkles. Topped with pink cream cheese icing and confetti sprinkles Ingredients: For the cookie: 115g unsalted butter, melted and cooled 70g light brown sugar 70g granulated sugar 1 large egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp almond extract 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 220g plain flour 15g cornflour 40g sprinkles For the icing: 90g butter, softened 90g cream cheese, room temperature 250g icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Pink food colouring Confetti sprinkles Bake 180C/(160C fan) 8-10 mins - allow to cool fully before icing 🥰 If you want to see what I got up to in LA head over to @Fitwaffle and check out this video: •LosAngelesTravelVlog|TopThingsToDo...
