Frankie is excited to learn some new submission moves from her fellow Aussie, Kingsley, but this wrestling lesson quickly takes a nasty turn. It's Frankie who's to blame at first as she's taught how to work a single-leg Crab, but puts a liiiiiitle too much torque on it for Kingsley's liking. Frankie lets out an excited "Woo!" as she tries out the next move, the famous Figure Four Leglock and then really gets on Kingsley's nerves when she pulls hard on a straitjacket choke even as Kingsley complains of a sore neck. That's the last straw for Kingsley, who turns the once-friendly training session into a one-sided beatdown. Frankie is rendered limp by a Dragon Sleeper, leaving her helpless to stop Kingsley from smashing her with legdrops and a Pedigree. A reprisal of the Figure Four and single-leg Crab have Frankie screaming, bewildered at how things went so wrong so fast. Kingsley shows off a new move to punish Frankie, a modified STF, before leaving her flat on the mat with another Pedigree and a Neckbreaker. The defeated Frankie is left with a warning not to come to Kingsley for advice again, because this teacher doesn't share all of her secrets...
