Learn how to sweep an opponent who keeps blocking your right kicks. Nong-O demonstrates an effective fake/sweep combination that can help you off balance your opponent in sparring. In order to successful off balance your opponent you need to make sure they raise their front leg off the ground. You may find that some fighters will bite on the fake, but quickly lower their leg down. If your opponent doesn't bite, then you won't be able to pull off the sweep successfully.
